Shopping Procedure

On the product page, select the desired items such as product type, gift wrapping option, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart."
Click the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page to display the cart contents. Confirm that the ordered items are correct, then click "Proceed to Checkout."
Follow the checkout process below.
For customers using shopPay
1. Click the "shopPay" button.
2. Review your order summary, enter your email address, click "Next Step," and then log in or sign up.
  *When entering your phone number for signup, please omit the initial "0."
3. Enter your shipping address and click "Proceed to Payment."
4. Enter your card information and click "Next Step."
5. Click "Pay Now."
For customers using GooglePay
1. While logged into your Google account, click the "GooglePay" button.
2. Confirm your card and shipping information, then click the "Pay" button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions for authentication.
For customers using ApplePay
1. While logged into your Apple account, click the "ApplePay" button.
2. Review and approve your payment method, contact information, shipping address, and shipping method.
For customers using the cart function
1. If you are a registered member, please log in.
2. Enter your contact information, delivery method, and shipping address, then click "Proceed to Shipping Method Selection."
3. Select your shipping method and click "Proceed to Payment."
4. Enter your payment method, billing address, and whether to save information on this device, then click "Pay Now."

Your order is complete once you have followed these steps.

Only one shipping address can be set per order. If you wish to send items to multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders for each.

Customers who wish to have their items gift-wrapped should select their preferred wrapping here, add it to their cart, and proceed with their order.
A charge of 250 yen (tax included) will be applied per single gift-wrapped bundle.
If you wish to have multiple items wrapped together in one wrapping paper, or if your order includes items that you do not want gift-wrapped, or if you have any other specific requests for gift wrapping, please specify the details in the "Order Notes" during checkout.

Regarding Payment

The following four types of credit cards are accepted:

Payments can only be made in a single lump sum.
Please ensure that your credit card information (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, security code) is entered correctly, as incorrect information may prevent the transaction from being processed.
The debit date from your account varies depending on your card company.

Please pay the delivery person upon delivery of the product.
A separate cash-on-delivery fee will be charged.

【Remarks】
The total amount to be paid is as follows:
Total product price + COD fee + shipping fee

If the total product price for a single order is 11,000 yen or more, we will cover the shipping fee.

【COD Fee】*The fee varies depending on the product price.
・If the product price is less than 10,000 yen, the COD fee is 330 yen.
・If the product price is between 10,000 yen and less than 30,000 yen, the COD fee is 440 yen.
・If the product price is between 30,000 yen and less than 100,000 yen, the COD fee is 660 yen.
・If the exchange amount is 100,000 yen or more, the COD fee is 1,100 yen.

If the orderer and recipient are different, we may call the recipient to confirm.
After your order, we will notify you of the total payment amount via email, so please check.

Once payment is confirmed, we will ship the items according to your specifications.
Please make an immediate bank transfer to the following account after placing your order.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any transfer fees.

About Membership Registration

You can place an order as a guest without registering as a member. However, by registering as a member, you can enjoy a more convenient shopping experience, such as easily retrieving your shipping information and viewing your order history.

Registration is free. (No membership fees or other charges apply.)

You can register when you place an order, or you can register in advance.

After registering, you can log in using the methods below to check your order history and view/edit your shipping information on My Page.
